Who is eligible to vote?

Every financially up-to-date resident doctor on the ARD-UNTH register for 2025. Eligibility is checked against the register the moment you enter your email and phone number — if you are on the list, you are in.

Is my vote anonymous?

Yes. Your identity is checked at the door and then separated from your ballot. The system can prove that you voted and that your ballot was counted, but it cannot link the two back together — not for the committee, and not for an administrator.

Can I vote more than once?

No. Each verified member gets exactly one ballot across all nine positions. Once you submit, the ballot is sealed and the system will not issue you another.

What if I do not receive my one-time code?

Check your spam folder first, then use the resend option on the verification screen. Codes are valid for ten minutes. If it still does not arrive, contact the Election Committee — your registered email may need correcting on the register.

Can I vote from my phone?

Yes. The ballot is built for phones first and works on any modern browser, on any device, with no app to install.

When are results published?

Results are released by the Election Committee once voting closes and the tally has been verified. Until then the results page shows the process status rather than partial counts.

Who can see the results before they are published?

Only the Election Committee, through an authenticated admin session. Every administrative action — including publishing results — is written to an append-only audit trail that independent observers can review.

What happens if I lose connection mid-ballot?

Nothing is lost. Your selections are held against your verified session, so you can return and continue from the position you were on. A ballot only counts once you explicitly submit it.
